Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully authorized, you will receive an order confirmation email. If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You can retry payment or use another payment option.

Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. Your bank may charge conversion fees if your card uses a different currency, and these fees are at buyer’s cost.

Pending / Duplicate Payment

If you notice duplicate charges, please contact us with your transaction record. We will help check and arrange refund for extra payment.

Refund Route

All refunds go back to the original payment account you used to place the order. We cannot redirect refunds to other accounts.
