Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days to arrive. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed, which may be affected by remote areas, customs inspection, weather or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping is available for orders over the specified amount. For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track delivery status online with the tracking code.

Undeliverable & Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Return shipping fees for such cases will be borne by the buyer.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country. We will not cover these extra charges.
